Q. An error occurs and the recipe is not generated.
A. I’m sorry. Please check the following and try again.
- Please check your internet connection.
- Please update the app to the latest version.
- An error may occur when the server is busy. It’s relatively empty during the day (Japan time). Please try changing the time zone.
- You may not be able to use it due to a problem with Open AI (AI server). Please see here for operational status
